EFAPH is also active in the fields of research and scientific surveillance through its Scientific Committee. It is composed of distinguished figures involved in the iron metabolism, originating from 7 countries. Matters related to deontology and blood donation are referred to the Scientific Committee in charge of validating communication material and representing the Federation in scientific committees.
